Welcome to Week 9 of the 52 Week Pet Photography Project! This week’s topic is a fun one: Doors!
Unfortunately I didn’t have a model this week to venture out. Due to Kota’s “fear” many new things, I decided not to take her to a new place to photograph her in front of a door. Too stressful for her! While out and about, I noticed many doors I’d love to get images of in the near future!
For this week’s assignment, I revisited a family photo I took right before the holidays at a location I hope to do more photo sessions! Meet an adorable couple along with their beautiful rescue dogs, Olive and Wilco. The location was at Winnekenni Castle in Haverhill, MA. It’s located near beautiful Kenoza lake with a nice variety of trails to hike. The doors and windows of the castle are decorated for the holidays. It’s tucked in the woods where you would not expect to see a castle!
And of course, I have to add one of my favorites of how Kota does the door at home! When I open the slider she lays right down, halfway in, halfway out 🙂
