Bare Cove Park in Hingham, MA
We booked this photo session months ago. Hank’s dog photo session experience was actually a gift from mom’s sister who lives out in Texas. Hank and his family live in Hull, MA. I don’t travel too much to the south shore (that would be any towns and cities south of Boston). If you are from this area, you would understand why. Traffic is an understatement! We have north shore folks vs south shore folks, and crossing that line is an adventure!
During the planning call we chose Bare Cove Park in Higham, MA, near Hull. We were looking for a place that would give a variety of autumn colors and beach area. I had never been, but I always love an adventure! Our plan was to meet for sunrise. Yes, that would mean a 4:00 AM wake up call for me – just to be safe in beating the traffic!
A few days prior to our photo session, Hank’s dad reached out to me via email, “I plan to propose the day of our photo session.” Oh my goodness!!! Chills and excitement! I LOVE this idea and what a guy!!! We would wait toward the end of the session – but we honestly had no idea when. And since it was a surprise, I had to remain calm and quiet!
This first image was taken the moment before the proposal. Mom was posing with Hank and dad was right behind me. We had already watched the sunrise and done some hiking around Bare Cove.
And this is how it went….
It was beautiful! I’m grateful to have been a part of that day! I’m so excited for these two… and Hank!!! Congratulations to Megan, Bobby and Hank!
